Mark's Gift

Thanks for visiting "Mark's Gift." This website has been set up to tell the world about a remarkable young man who battled synovial sarcoma - a rare form of cancer - for almost 14 months but lost the fight on September 1, 2007.

The site is intended to raise awareness of synovial sarcoma and assist a bunch of Mark's family and friends to raise funds that will assist the Peter MacCallum Foundation, an organisation providing research funding to the Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute in Melbourne, Australia. In particular, the funds raised will be directed towards research into sarcoma and hopefully might prevent other parents from losing a beloved child.
